1. General terms

This website is operated by JJ Activewear S.R.L., located in the Republic of Moldova, mun. Chișinău, strada Trandafirilor 4, fiscal code 1023600055558. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these sales terms.

2. Products and prices

Products are displayed with descriptions, images, sizes, colors and prices in MDL. Minor color differences may appear between product photos and the physical item because of screen settings or lighting.

3. Orders, payments and delivery

An order is registered after the customer enters contact details, selects delivery and confirms the order. Payment can be made through the methods available at checkout. Delivery is available in Chisinau and across the Republic of Moldova; delivery cost is shown before checkout is completed.

4. Returns and exchanges

The customer may request a return or exchange according to applicable law and JJ Activewear policy. Returned products must be new, unworn and include the original labels and packaging when provided.

5. Personal data and liability

Personal data is used to process orders, arrange delivery, communicate with customers and improve services. JJ Activewear makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and up to date.
